I created Perspective Gains Counseling to support people eager to make positive changes in their lives. As a client-centered counselor, I focus first and foremost on building trust with my clients. With an effective therapeutic alliance in place, I work together with my clients to customize solutions to tackle the challenges holding them back from experiencing and enjoying their lives more fully.
While I make use of multiple therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy, my overarching therapeutic philosophy is grounded in a fundamental belief in the inherent human potential for personal growth.
I also aim to help my clients build self-leadership skills that are designed to help them successfully navigate the many dimensions and complexities of life.
